 The other issue with this ticket is that establishing an svn repository
 (unlike mailing lists) requires a motion to the SAC mailing list, and a
 SAC volunteer to agree in advance to implement the task
 (creating/migrating the repository).

 I'm somewhat hesitant to be the volunteer myself since my svn-server foo
 is weak.
