[SAC] MapServer on AdhocVM

Hi SAC,

Just a note to let you know that the MapServer documentation team will 
be using the AdhocVM, for demo.mapserver.org, and the service is 
documented at http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/MapServer_at_AdhocVM

The plan will be to use that virtualhost to host demo services like 
WMS/WFS/WCS etc, as well as some tutorials.

Please let me know if there are any questions.  And thanks for letting 
us use the VM!
