Andreas,

I have changed the password for these two accounts; however,
if someone is willing to manually go through the process of
creating an OSGeo account (easy, but ideosyncratic to OSGeo)
there is little we can do to stop additional spamming.  We have
mostly depended on having a custom process and being too small
to attract interest from mega spammers.
