[SAC] Openlayers DNS issue

I think the next step is:
1. Tonight, i post to SAC what the hostnames we need to setup are
2. We come up with a time to make the switch (probably a weekend
evening, and I can make it)
3. We make it clear that there will be downtime
4. We make the switch :)
I'll followup with more later tonight.
