[SAC] Unable to login to ProjectsVM

(this issue came up yesterday during our MapServer release...I still 
don't see a formal report on the list so I am filing one here)

I can no longer login to the ProjectsVM 
(http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/ProjectsVM) with my osgeoid.  The same issue 
happened yesterday for DanielM as we were preparing the MapServer 
release (not great since we use that VM to package distributions and 
also host our documentation).

Can someone look into this issue?
