[SAC] Nabble admin

Hi all,

I am currently the sole administrator of the Nabble mailing list mirrors for
all OSGeo projects.

Because of personal and work time commitments, I am unable to continue
functioning in this role.

Any suggestions / volunteers on transitioning this role to someone else?
