[SAC] Fwd: spatialreference.org down?

Anyone working on this?  Seems a minor upgrade may solve it:
https://issues.apache.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=37770

The projectsvm seems to be running 2.2.9 and 2.2.10 upgrade is supposed to fix the underlying problem.  But I'm not sure what's up on this machine, so don't want to touch it myself :)

Any thoughts?
