 I'd need an account on download.osgeo.org in order to publish GEOS and
 PostGIS releases when needed.

 Currently this task is delegated to Paul Ramsey who suggested to file a
 ticket here for me to be able to do that too.

 Thanks in advance, and sorry if this was not the correct place for such a
 request.
