[SAC] QGIS.osgeo down?

It appears that one of our Virtual Machines went down sometime this
morning (5/31). qgis.osgeo.osuosl.org
Confirmed by lack of ping and ssh.
Other Virtual Machines on the same physical machine appear fine.

Could we get a restart on that?

I believe we also had a previous ticket about getting OSGeo admins the
ability to reboot Virtual Machines via the web. Any progress on that front?
