 In his mail to Venka on the OSGeo-Discuss list Frank asked the local
 chapters to file a ticket for local chapter website redirection.

 Currently http://osgeo.in redirects to http://lsi.iiit.ac.in/osgeoin
 For now there are no plans to change this.

 I am the sysadmin to OSGeo-India website. If it is not hard to change it
 later, I request the SAC to redirect "in.osgeo.org" to
 "lsi.iiit.ac.in/osgeoin" and if it is hard, to "osgeo.in"
