 Request that sysadmin committee create a mailing list for nascent Yukon
 chapter.
 Jeff Hamm (OSGeo member Hammj) will be administrator of the list. The list
 will be used for discussion of regional initiatives and ways to engage
 with the broader OSGeo community.
