 The wiki has encoding problems, OSGeo-es main page has been renamed to
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Cap%C3%83%C2%ADtulo_Local_de_la_comunidad_hispanohablante

 Our meetings links have been moved elsewhere so all links at
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Category:Board-es are now red.

 Our main category also is also empty
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Category:Español etc.
