 Hello,

 I am a developer at Nokia who has been using the Proj.4 API for several
 years now.  I would like Subversion commit access to MetaCRS so that I can
 help make improvements (and resolve issues) in Proj.4.

 The wiki mentioned the need for a vote to permit committer status. I
 currently have a commit that I would like to make, so I have attached the
 modified files and my intended commit message to help you evaluate my
 value as a contributor.
