 ""Any member of a subversion committer group can add and remove members to
 the commiter group at an url of the following form, with the project name
 substituted for gdal. OSGeo Userids has details on finding or creating
 OSGeo userids.""

 I've added Paolo to the osgeo repo (his id is capooti) as I understood I
 had the permissions to do it, so I close this ticket. If SAC as a
 committee or a member has to do it, please reopen it and I will remove him
 from the group and update the wiki documentation.
