[SAC] projects VM down

Hi, I was just made aware of the projects VM being down.

I tried a forced reboot via Ganeti, but without success, the machine
doesn't start again.  Unfortunately I have to leave really soon,
therefore I'd kindly ask someone to take over.  Latest message in
ganeti is:

  Error checking bridges on destination node 'osgeo4.osuosl.bak': Error 7: Failed connect to 10.1.0.172:1811; Operation now in progress
