Thanks, I couldn't figure out what the right url for the repos was
supposed to be. That's seems to work for now.

The good news is "download" doesn't really have anything other than
apache running on it.

I think the process would be:

change the DNS to point to download2 on "backup"

once it takes, do the upgrade on "download" - I'm fuzzy on the
specifics to avoid that reboot issue we had.

switch the DNS back after upgrade complete
