[SAC] apache instance on adhoc vm

I am setting up some pycsw demos (WSGI handlers) on http://demo.pycsw.org/.

Are there any guidelines for rebooting apache2 on this box (other than sudo service apache2 restart and the docs on http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/AdhocVM) or can I go ahead?

I've edited /etc/apache2/sites-available/demo.pycsw.org, but have not rebooted apache2 because I didn't want to cause any mid-air collisions to existing apache2 services on this box.
