[SAC] Cleaning up Web VM

I'm trying to remove obsolete stuff from the Web VM.  As far as I can
tell there are three sites which are required to be functional:
a) board.osgeo.org
b) 2011.foss4g.org
c) www2.osgeo.org for the LDAP CGI-scripts

If any of these doesn't work any more or if you feel there should be
more sites running on the Web VM, please shout.
