 the main website of ICA-OSGeo Labs initiative, kindly provided by Ing.
 Manuel Haro Marquez - Laboratorio de Software Libre COZCyT (in cc). The
 site is currently being populated with all needed info regarding ICA-OSGeo
 Labs and related initiatives.
