Victor,
thanks for contacting us. For now I suggest that you stick with your
gmail address. We currently experience issues with many hotmail accounts
but it seems to be a systemic issue on their side and nothing we can do
about on our end.

SAC,
does anybody have experience with getting our server unblocked - if that
is the problem (which I don't really think it is).

Boas,

a minha opinião, eu penso que esse tipo de informação para preencher seja
mais orientado no caso da construção de um websig. Por exemplo, criamos um
projecto no qgis com a informação geográfica e depois exportamos por exemplo
para o mapserver. Tendo essa informação preenchida, o utilizador que aceda
ao websig se quiser obter informação ou descarregar a informação geográfica
é reencaminhado para a fonte original dos dados.

Eu acho que para efeitos práticos no ambiente qgis não parece trazer
relevância para a descrição da shapefile.

Mas é apenas a minha opinião porque a pergunta é pertinente.
