[SAC] Increase VM Size of mail.osgeo

OSL Team,

We're running low on space on mail.osgeo.osuosl.org. I believe there is
still quite a bit of unallocated space on the host. Can you please
confirm disk availability and schedule an increase of 30G to the disk of
that VM.
