[SAC] backup server

Folks,

I found the /backup partition on the backup server was full today.  I
scrubbed a couple multi-GB workshop files from the 2009 conference
area, and also wiped the osgeo4w tree and refreshed it.  Now the
/backup partition is a much healther state with 62GB free.
