I'm not saying we should replace the dead redundant power supply on
osgeo4. But if we do, looks like it's not terribly expensive.

This should get rolled into our discussions of where to go next. If we
decide to split things into smaller more isolated VMs, new hardware that
fits that model seems a better deal.
