It will be good to have mirror of the entire repository if that is possible. ELOGeo repository is an instance of DSpace http://www.dspace.org/

We have 2 options, mirror the site entirely as is or just copy the files in question into the existing system (which isn't fantastic as is).
It would be good if you could provide more info on type of files, disk space, and software currently in use.
