 I'll create a mailing list to support the discussion around a project to
 publish and improve a large set of materials for workshops in FOSSG
 technologies led by a group of OSGeo Spanish fellows.

 The repository is at https://github.com/geotalleres/geotalleres and the
 materials are published (at this moment) at
 http://geotalleres.github.io/geotalleres/

 I'll be admin with Pedro-Juan Ferrer (OSGeo-ES liason officer) and the
 list will be named "geotalleres-dev".
