 We in the process of establishment of the ICA-OSGeo Lab in Taras
 Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (Ukraine). We would like to ask the
 following to OSGeo/SAC:

  1. Register the osgeo.org.ua domain that will be used for lab site and
 all other activities related to OSGeo and its projects.
