Comment:

 Lists created, with Sangshee and myself as admins. We usually ask for two
 admins to avoid bottle necks, so if no one from the LOC is willing to help
 I'll keep myself in.

 Regarding the private list, it does't show on mailman list and subscribing
 requires approval by admins. Archives will be generated normally. I
 haven't created before private lists at OSGeo mailman so I don't know if
 this is OK or there are other things to take in account.

 I'll send details about the lists to Sangshee by e-mail.
