 - need http://2015.foss4g.org/ to point to
 http://foss4g2015.wordpress.com/
  - but actually, similar to ticket#1421, we need http://2015.foss4g.org/
 to appear in the browser (a "reverse proxy" so it seems like the site is
 hosted on foss4g.org)
