 Very odd, so someone made the change by watching this ticket and not
 updating the ticket?

 Just to clarify: what we need is for 2015.foss4g.org to redirect to
 http://foss4g.cafe24.com/ and in the browser '2015.foss4g.org' should
 appear (which I assumed was what you referred to earlier as a reverse
 proxy).
