 - need http://asia.foss4g.org to point to http://www.foss4g-asia.org/
  - but actually, similar to ticket#1421, we need  http://asia.foss4g.org
 to appear in the browser (a "reverse proxy" so it seems like the site is
 hosted on foss4g.org)
  - server admin is @daisuke (CC'd), so he can answer questions if you need
 more info
