The site should be running again - on Debian Squeeze (6.0).
By accident (mistake) I also upgraded Trac from 0.11.7 on Python2.5 to
1.0.5 on Python2.6 and PostgreSQL from 8.3 to 8.4. I'm sure I broke
something, but at least the Trac pages which are listed on:

  http://trac.osgeo.org/

....  are looking functional to me.
