 We would like to have email aliases for the Chairs of GeoForAll regional
 groups, to make it easier to contact Chairs without knowing personal
 addresses.
 Here are the desired aliases:

 africa.gfa.chair@ osgeo.org [Africa chairs][[BR]]
 asia.gfa.chair@ osgeo.org [Asia chairs][[BR]]
