 I notice that we/OSGeo are running an older Mailman version for all of our
 lists (version 2.1.18 from April 2014, instead of 2.1.20 from March 2015).

 A list of changes in 2.1.20 can be seen here:
 https://launchpad.net/mailman/+milestone/2.1.20

 If not too difficult, I feel that we should upgrade to this version.
