I'm not the email made it to Michael (Treasurer), adding him now.

Generally the protocol is the SAC chair makes the request to the
Treasurer who places the order.

Machine is OSGeo4, so the same machine that's been performing poorer for
a while. Refer to the wiki for the list of VMs. I usually look here
