 I would like to request the creation of a number of mailing lists for
 GeoForAll initiative.

 They are listed here:

  * http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Geo_for_All#Regional_Chairs
  *
 http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Geo_for_All#Subject.2FLanguage_Thematic_Chairs

 with the names and emails of administrators.
