 I've been trying to upload binaries for MapGuide Open Source 3.0 and I've
 been stuck on the Windows binaries.

 After several tries, I've noticed a pattern where WinSCP consistently
 fails at the 48MB mark.

 Has upload.osgeo.org ran out of disk space or has some quota been
 exceeded?
