[SAC] GnuTLS on OSGeo VM's

Hi,

I vaguely remember there was an issue with GnuTLS on our machines where
off-the-shelf packages are breaking LDAP logins, I even wrote a Wiki
article about it ....
If you encounter such issues after today's securify fixes, please let
me know.
