 There was a spam attachment on a postgis ticket that I'd like to remove,
 but I hand't found a way. It happened between comment 14 and 15:

 The upload was performed by user "Slavon".
 I'm admin on that tracker but found no way to mark/delete.

 According to nhv it was possible before the upgrade
