Hi,

FYI. I was asking for help at the SMW mailing list, and got some 
answers, the second one is quite alarming, I think we should look into 
this spam user problem.
I will ask them for tools that can help.

Hi,

Aside from SMW, looking at [0] where it looks like that a lot of users
have been created on your wiki that could be categorized as not legit
and you might want to introduce some counter measurements.

@Karsten can maybe help and list some tools/extensions to fight that
sort of unsolicited user spam.
