1. Tom, should confirm he wants to be on SAC
2. Tom should make sure he's subscribed to SAC
3. Tom, what kinds of stuff can you help with?

I'm +1 having worked with Tom before. FYI it would be great to knock out
a couple of easy tasks.

Could you and Tom handle https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1637 ?
