[SAC] GitLab experimental LDAP login problem for specific user

I've got information that user Luigi Pirelli cannot login to the GitLab
instance, but for others it works fine. I have not been able to find out
why but was wondering if the LDAP settings I use can be sanity checked by
someone more familiar with it.

I use the following "base": ou=People,dc=osgeo,dc=org then a filter
on (objectClass=inetOrgPerson). Does this seem right?
