 Ubuntu 14.04.5 LTS ships a ppolicy.ldif within the slapd package, together
 with the same ppolicy.schema included in the package installed on
 ldap.osgeo.org (md5 c1b0752b583f71aa2d536888cf1716ee). I'm attaching the
 ppolicy.ldif to this ticket, as it doesn't seem to be easy to generate.
