[SAC] request for 2017.foss4g.org

Hello,On behalf of the Boston LOC, I would like to request that the url
2017.foss4g.org point to our launch page
http://avidgeo.github.io/foss4g2017/

I think that I followed the correct order of things by putting in a ticket
for this on the trac system, but am now sending this email in case there
was something else I was supposed to do as well.

Please let  me know if there is anything else I can do to help this process
along.
