 We would like to have an open "Board-nl" mailing list for the Board of the
 Dutch OSGeo.nl Local Chapter/Foundation (http://osgeo.nl), similar to
 Board-es and Board-fr. Best called:
 "OSGeo.nl/Dutch Local Chapter Board"

 We already have a "Users/Discuss"-like list called "Dutch":
 http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/dutch
