[SAC] Requesting sudo access on lists.osgeo.org

Can I be made part of the "sudo" group on lists.osgeo.org, to be able
to help with mail-related administration tasks ?

Earlier I wanted to help with https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1747
but could not.
