here I'm re-sending another mail again. Do the people, who want to
contribute to OSGeo Wiki really send their BIO to info at osgeo . org ?

Before your request for an account "Samgoswami" can be accepted on OSGeo
Wiki you must first provide some additional information.

Please elaborate on your interest in OSGeo.
