[SAC] CRO e-mail problems

Dear all,

As you know, new charter members elections are rolling as we speak. 
Something may be wrong with the CRO e-mail alias. At least two 
nomination e-mails did not reach my inbox in the last 48 hours. I'm not 
using any spam filters for my desktop e-mail client.

Can you please investigate this?

Dear OSGeo members,

If you send a new member nomination and do not back hear from me in 24h, 
please resend that email.
