 "password reset" can be done autonomously by users, see
 https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/SAC:LDAP#Password_reset (please see also #1749
 if you can help updating the osgeo website)

 Or another alias: sysadmin at osgeo.org (fewer people there)

 I'm closing this ticket as invalid (as people do receive info at osgeo.org
