[SAC] Disk space taken by osgeo downloads

I took a look at upload.osgeo.org after reading it had some
problems with disk filling up.

The top 5 space-takers under /osgeo/download are:

  29484876        osgeo4w (29G)
  23485252        ossim
  18829316        mapguide
  16950772        qgis
   7522648        webdav  (7.2G)

Total space taken by /osgeo/download is 126G.
Device space taken is 134G over 149G available.
7.7GB are left.
