There will be fiber maintenance on Internet2's north bound path to
Seattle.  There are two maintenance windows for this work:  December 1
00:00-06:00 and December 2 00:00-06:00.  Internet2 expects an outage of 20
minutes for this path during both maintenance windows.  There may be a
brief disruption to traffic as traffic shifts to Internet2 South and
alternate paths.
